Cancellation Policy
We offer two payment options for your convenience:
Prepaid Orders (Full Payment in Advance)
Customers who pay the full amount at the time of purchase are eligible for exclusive prepaid discounts.
Cancellations for prepaid orders are allowed before the product is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Cash on Delivery (COD) with Token Amount
COD orders require a token amount at the time of placing the order. The token amount varies by product, but will not exceed ₹7,000.
Please note that the token amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation (whether before or after dispatch), as production work begins immediately after the order is confirmed.
Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility:
Returns are available for products priced below ₹10,000.
Products above ₹10,000 are eligible for exchange only.
Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Condition of Items:
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Items without original tags or in used condition will not be accepted.
Return/Exchange Window:
Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery (refer to product page for specific eligibility).
Return/exchange charges may apply depending on the case.
Self-Shipping:
If pickup service is not available in your area, you may need to self-ship the product to our office address.
Refund Process
Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will initiate a 100% refund (for eligible prepaid returns).
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Token amounts paid for COD orders are non-refundable, even if the order is cancelled.
