Shipping Policy

All our products are made-to-order. We do not keep ready stock, allowing us to craft each piece specifically for you and accommodate customizations wherever possible.
Since our furniture is labour-intensive and handcrafted, each piece requires considerable time, precision, and attention to detail. From woodworking and finishing to polishing and final quality checks, multiple stages of craftsmanship are involved.
As every piece is individually crafted, the production time can sometimes vary due to the nature of handcrafted work and unforeseen factors that may arise during the manufacturing process.
Once your order is placed, production begins, and we try our best to ship your order within 20 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, it usually takes 5–7 business days to reach your delivery address.
Please note that the overall delivery timeline includes both the production time and shipping time. As our furniture is handcrafted and made-to-order, we request you to allow sufficient time for your piece to be carefully completed.
Shipping charges vary depending on the order value and delivery location. The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

For international orders, delivery usually takes 10–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
