Order Processing

• All our products are made-to-order. We don’t keep ready stock so that every customer has the option to request customizations while we are crafting the product.

• Once your order is placed, production begins immediately. We do our best to ship your order within 10 business days.

• For Pooja Temples, the crafting process is more detailed, so shipping may take up to 40 days.

Our Guarantee on Delays
If we are unable to ship your order within the promised timeline:

• From the 11th day onwards (or 41st day for Pooja Temples), we will refund ₹250 per day from your prepaid amount until the order is dispatched.

• You can consider this as our way of giving you a discount for any inconvenience caused by delays.

Domestic Shipping (India)

• Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch.

• Shipping charges vary depending on order value and delivery location. The final cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

• For international orders, delivery usually takes 8–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

• Order processing time may vary slightly during peak seasons or holidays.

• Tracking details will be shared as soon as your order is dispatched.

• International shipping costs and duties (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.
